Service Shutdown

This feature allows you to temporarily prevent visitors from joining the waitlist for a specific service. When this feature is enabled, visitors will no longer be able to join the waitlist for the affected service in any customer-facing applications. This is useful in scenarios where a service needs to be paused for maintenance, staffing issues, or other operational reasons, while leaving other services unaffected.

Note: This is a different feature compared to Inactivating a Service.
 

1. Go to Settings → Locations → [Select a location] → Location services → [Select a service].
2. Toggle Service shutdown on the top right corner of the screen.
3. A notification will pop up.
4. Click Close service.
5. The now closed service line will remain closed and will return to service at 12AM.
6. Optional: Toggle the Service shutdown again to make the service available immediately.
