Basic Troubleshooting

If QLess Tempo is not working as expected and you're encountering errors, you can follow these steps to diagnose and potentially resolve the issue.

  1. Check for Internet Connectivity
  2. Log out and Re-Log in
    1. Log out of your account by clicking on your initials in the bottom left corner and select the Log Out option. 

  1. Close the web browser.
  2. Reopen web browser and navigate to the app’s login page: https://rowan-college-at-burlington-county.app.qless.com
  3. Enter login credentials and sign in again.
  1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies
    1. Navigate to your web browser’s settings.
    2. Find the option to clear your browsing data or cache.
    3. Click Clear data or the equivalent for your browser. 
  2. Use a Different Browser
  3. Test on Another Device
  4. Contact OIT through HappyFox
