Basic Troubleshooting
If QLess Tempo is not working as expected and you're encountering errors, you can follow these steps to diagnose and potentially resolve the issue.
- Check for Internet Connectivity
- Log out and Re-Log in
- Log out of your account by clicking on your initials in the bottom left corner and select the Log Out option.
- Close the web browser.
- Reopen web browser and navigate to the app’s login page: https://rowan-college-at-burlington-county.app.qless.com
- Enter login credentials and sign in again.
- Clear Browser Cache and Cookies
- Navigate to your web browser’s settings.
- Find the option to clear your browsing data or cache.
- Click Clear data or the equivalent for your browser.
- Use a Different Browser
- Test on Another Device
