Moving a Student between Services

If a student has joined the wrong service line, we can move them in the CEC or All Visits area. They can be moved while they are waiting in line, after they’ve been summoned, and even after they have started receiving service.

1. Click on the student to open their Overview side bar on the right side. 
2. Click on ⋮ next to the service type and select Edit Visit. 

3. Click on the edit pencil icon to change the service.
4. You can search for the service by using keywords in the Search field or you can click on Services and browse through the groups/services. 

5. Click on the correct service.
6. Update the department field to match the new service and make any additional updates as needed to the Visitor’s details section.
7. Click Update.
