Adding A New Service and Linking to a New or Existing User

1. Create a new Service. 
2. Configure new Service & SMS messages.
3. Add & configure Service Fields.
4. Link Service to Location (RCBC).
5. Invite User. 
   1. If the User is already active, proceed directly to step 7.
6. Link User to Location.
7. Link User to new Service so they can summon students in the CEC queue. 
8. Configure User Availability. 
   1. This represents the Users work schedule. The wait time forecast relies on this feature, so ensure that this configuration aligns closely with actual conditions, including call-outs, PTO, and holidays.
