QLess - Linking/Unlinking Single User Services

- Go to Settings → Users.
- Click on the User to who you want to link/unlink Services.
- Select the location dropdown to link/unlink services from a specific location. (Note: If the service is offered at both locations, you must link/unlink them at both.)
- Click on the Services tab. This will bring you to a page that will list the services that are possible to link/unlink the User to.
- There is a dropdown menu next to the Search Services search bar that will let you see the services for specific locations.
- Search by the department abbreviations (REG, OSS, ADM, VA, etc..)
- Click the Link now/ Unlink now next to each service that they should/should not have. (The changes are automatically saved once you link/unlink the service(s).)
