The default password format is different depending on if you are an employee or a student. You can see the standard formats below:

Employees

Initial login information will be:

• Username: The first part of your email address (without the @rcbc.edu)
• Initial password: Capital first initial + lowercase last initial + 4 digit birth year + 7 digit employee ID

An example of a login for John Doe, born March 1, 1988, whose employee ID number is 3381295, would be:

• jdoe
• Jd19883381295

Students

The default password format for students is as follows:

• Birthdate (mmddyyyy+first initial+last initial+ID number*). 
• An example of a login for a student named Baron Oxley, born March 1, 1991, whose student ID number is 3131313, would be:
