*Note - To use the FollowYou on Equitrac system, you must know your ID Number

Touch the User ID field and a keyboard will appear.

Input your ID number here and touch OK

Now press the Login button

The Launcher screen will appear. This will allow you to select Printing, Scan or Copy

To Print, select Follow-You Printing. (you must have already printed to the FollowYou printer object on your pc for this step to work).

Any jobs you have printed will show up in a list. Touch the job you want to release and touch the Print button. Or you can touch Select All to release all your listed print jobs.

If you are done, press the Logout button.

Scanning and Copier

If you need to do Scan or Copy, press the Launcher button

To Scan to yourself via email, select Scan-to-Me.

Place your paper in the feeder and touch Scan

After the paper is scanned, you MUST hit Done.

Failure to do this may result in MFD becoming locked up.

To make a Copy, select Enable Copier from the Launcher screen

This will bring up the traditional Copier screen you have used on previous models.

If you wish to scan to a folder, or some other destination, you will need to use Scanner (Classic). Click the appropriate function button on the top of the panel.

To exit out of either the Copier or Scanner (Classic) screens, select the PCC button on the top of the screen.  This should return you to the launcher screen.

Please remember to Logout when you have completed your work. Failure to do so may result in another user making copies under your PIN number.
