Using a USB Storage Device - A simple way to access your files on the classroom instructor PC is to use a USB flash drive. Simply copy the files you need to a USB drive using your personal computer. Then bring that flash drive with you to your classroom and plug it into any one of the available USB ports on the front of the classroom instructor PC. Open the contents of your flash drive, then double click your file to open it on the instructor PC to present the document to your students.

Using Google Drive - Another convenient way to access your files on the classroom instructor PC is by storing your files in Google Drive. If your files are stored in Google Drive, then you simply need to open Google Chrome on the instructor PC and sign into your RCBC Google account to access your Google Drive files.
